Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure the breach within a specified period. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
